  • Put 10g of Cocoa Powder and 20g of the Cold Milk into a mug and stir into a paste. Don't ever add Cocoa Powder directly to a hot liquid
  • Add 50g of grated Dark Chocolate, 10g of Sugar, 2g of Vanilla Extract, and give it another stir
  • Take half of the cream (35g), and lightly whip it to the point where soft peaks will form
  • Meanwhile, pour the remaining 180g of Milk into a small saucepan, along with the other 35g of Cream, and place on a low heat
  • Stirring the whole time, warm the milky component until steam begins to rise, and the surface begins to bubble slightly
  • Turn off the heat, and add around a third of the milk to the chocolatey mug, and stir briskly. Then, add the rest of the milk, and give it another good stir
  • Pour the whole lot back in the pan, and once again, heat until steam begins to rise, stirring the whole time
  • Once heated and stirred, return the mix to the mug, and top with the previously whipped cream
  • Drink
