Put 10g of Cocoa Powder and 20g of the Cold Milk into a mug and stir into a paste. Don't ever add Cocoa Powder directly to a hot liquid
Add 50g of grated Dark Chocolate, 10g of Sugar, 2g of Vanilla Extract, and give it another stir
Take half of the cream (35g), and lightly whip it to the point where soft peaks will form
Meanwhile, pour the remaining 180g of Milk into a small saucepan, along with the other 35g of Cream, and place on a low heat
Stirring the whole time, warm the milky component until steam begins to rise, and the surface begins to bubble slightly
Turn off the heat, and add around a third of the milk to the chocolatey mug, and stir briskly. Then, add the rest of the milk, and give it another good stir
Pour the whole lot back in the pan, and once again, heat until steam begins to rise, stirring the whole time
Once heated and stirred, return the mix to the mug, and top with the previously whipped cream
