  • First things first, forget any measuring paraphernalia, you must play this one by eye
  • For starters, pour around 10ml of Creme De Menthe into the shot glass
  • Then, using your preferred layering method (see notes), carefully layer approximately 10ml of Baileys on top
  • Finally, carefully layer 10ml of Grand Marnier on top of the Baileys to complete the Green White and Gold Colour scheme of the Irish Flag
  • Knock the whole thing back in one go, and repeat
